The compressed air is decompressed to obtain a dew point of - 25 °C. This air is then warmed before arriving in the hopper. The regulation in guaranteed PID the perfect temperature of drying. The debit(flow) of air fits according to the use.

- Rosé enters - 23 and - 30°C

A sector of 90° allows to cool the dehydrating wheel before its passage in the circuit of air to be handled(treated).

This dessiccateurs is equipped with two tours(towers,ballots) of filters molécullaires and provided with one or two blowing machines for the most technical polymers.
Optional, these towers of desiccations rose on steelyards. The regeneration of tours(towers,ballots) is then made when the quantity of weighed water indicates a partial saturation of dessiccants salts. With the system of weighing, the energy recovery Savenergy allows to reduce the electric consumptions.
