The weight doseres of the range DEGA guarantee a very big precision. Dosage from 2 to 6 products until a flow of 1 500Kg/hour. Every product is weighed by one or several digital sensors. All the data are posted and stored.

Colorator DUALSAVE
DualSave is a dosing system capable of regulating 2 feeders connected to the same media with a single control unit.
Utilising the design and algorithm properties based on the LIAD "ColorSave" single dosing system, "Dualsave" ensures consistent feeding with a wide variety of materials.
DualSave can be configured in gravimetric or volumetric mode and can be used for injection, extrusion or blow moulding.

DUALSAVE COMPENSATION SYSTEM:
The DualSave controller contains an integrated system called "Compensation" which can be used when one system is volumetric and feeds "Grind" while the other system feeds the dye in gravimetric or volumetric mode.
As the grinded material already contains dye, it is possible to reduce the amount of dye on the second system, thus saving production costs.
For example, if a recipe requires 5% dye on one system and 20% grind on the second, DualSave automatically reduces the dye to 4%. In the same way, increasing the grind to 40% will reduce the dye to 3%.
The use of a level sensor on the grind hopper will ensure that as soon as all the grind is used, the dye percentage will automatically return to 5%.
