Soundproofed centralised granulator GSC001
The high speed granulators of
the GSC range have been designed specifically for applications in the
centralised grinding injection parts, the blow molded parts such as bottles or profiles.
Strong construction et designed for easy cleaning.
Standard soundproofing, emptying fan.
Rotor opened to take voluminous pieces.
Characteristic:
Granuling chamber : 400 x 290 mm to 720 x 1200 mm
Rotor : diameter 300 to 700 mm
Blades : 3 movable blades
Adjustment : size of regulation after sharpening (apart from the machine)
Hopper : straight, angled or special
Emptying : turbine bag emptying
Motor : 5.5 to 75 kW, 400 V - 50 Hz – three-phase
Electric : in compliance with the current standard VDE
Option :
Loading conveyor with or without metal particle detection tunnel.
Dust extractor.
Emptying in 2 big bags.
Driving.
