Automatic machine suitable for emptying bags of about 25kg containing "granulate or powders materials" The machine elevates a full pallet of bags and places them in the holding position Special gripping assembly (patented) comprising of vacuum suction cups for handling a row of 5 bags at a time.
Vacuum is generated through the use of a specially customized vacuum pump Bags are cut open by a group of blades made from special steel, operated by electric motors and safety controls.
Each row of bags is automatically emptied by placing them on a vibrating grid mounted above the material collection hopper.
Emptied material bags are removed by an automatic ejection unit mounted in the side of the material hopper.
PLC control system with colour graphics and touch-screen for the management of the complete system, giving visual display of the operating status, diagnostic alarms and optional pages listing job history and data.
Optional: Automatic Stop Function - Machine automatically stops when a preset number of bags have been emptied
The above system does not include rotary valve material extraction or silo loading equipment. These are to be added and are determined by the type of material and the required loading distances.
